Rates:

Since I am just as likely to come up with great ideas while I'm relaxing in my hypobaric chamber as I am at my desk, I'd rather not discuss an hourly rate. My preference is to negotiate a fixed quote per project. That way I'm not penalized for knocking out perfect work on the first try. (Sure, that happens all the time.)
